EPA is one of the first providers to offer internships with Members of the Scottish Parliament. If politics is not your subject, lots of other internships are available in Arts, Banking, Business, Charities, Education, Health Sciences, Hospital Administration, Medical Research, Museums, Public Relations, Special Needs, and Theatre. Students normally work the equivalent of 3 days a week. EPA students also take courses at Napier University during the semester. Summer students usually take a series of classes, organised by EPA, in addition to their placement. All EPA internships are nonpaying academic placements.

Courses are taught in Spanish at Nebrija University. Internships are available in Arts (with placements in the fashion industry, publishing, professional dance companies, art galleries and marketing agencies), Business, Media, Politics, Law, Non-governmental Organizations, Humanitarian & Relief Organizations. At least 4 semesters of college level Spanish or the equivalent is required for this program. Students normally work the equivalent of 3 days a week. All placements are non-paying academic internships.

The program begins with the orientation in Bonn, where the EPA administrative office is located. After the orientation, students either remain in Bonn/Cologne or move to Berlin, depending on their chosen internship. Internships are available in Advertising, Arts & Museums, Banking, Business, Health, Journalism, Law, Media, Politics (Bundestag-Berlin), Psychology, Social Sciences and Theatre. Students normally work the equivalent of 3 days a week. Courses are taught by qualified university faculty in German. All internships are non-paying academic placements.

A semester-long study program that combines eight-credit internships with coursework carrying an additional eight credit hours. The internships are supported by related coursework throughout the semester and provide a solid work experience. Students get a window on the world of work, a sample of life as a team player, and an unforgettable opportunity to explore what it's like to live and work in a foreign country. Students will take two classes at NYU in London during the semester. Summer students usually take a series of classes, organised by EPA, in addition to their placement. Students normally work the equivalent of 3 days a week. All EPA Internships are academic non-paying placements.

Educational Programmes Abroad in Brussels, Belgium

Internships available in the EU Parliament as well as Business, Marketing, Law, Non-Profits and Interest Groups. Internships in Media, Journalism and Publishing require at least 4 semesters of college level French or the equivalent. European Parliament students may work in the English-speaking offices of MEPs from the United Kingdom or Ireland, or in the offices of MEPs from any of the other EU countries (language proficiency and MEP-availability permitting). Interns in all other areas may request English or French-speaking placements, or a mixture of the two. Students normally work the equivalent of 3 days a week. Courses in Brussels are taught in English at Vesalius College. All internships are non-paying academic placements.
